Return and Refund Policy
30 days from delivery, unused, in original packaging. Those are the conditions in full.
How to start a return
- Send an email to [email protected] quoting the order number. A return reference comes back the same or next business day.
- Pack the item as it arrived, including any case, insert or instruction card.
- Send it to the address we confirm, and keep the postage receipt until the refund lands.
- We check the item in, then raise the refund.
What we can accept
Original packaging matters because it is how the item is protected on the way back. Unused items without it may be refunded at a reduced amount.

Who pays the postage
The customer covers return postage on a change of mind. We cover it on faults and picking errors, without argument.
When the money arrives
Refunds take three to five business days from receipt of the return and go back to the payment method used.
