Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an unshipped order at any point, free of charge.

The window

• Order placed. It joins the queue at the 50 W 8th St counter and can be cancelled instantly.
• Being packed. Still cancellable – call +1 212-674-4400 and we will stop it.
• Handed to the carrier. No longer cancellable; Study Goods handles it as a return instead.

How to cancel

If it has already shipped

Orders that have already left are handled as returns under the 30 day policy.

Cancellations by us

Study Goods cancels an order itself only when an item turns out to be short on the the West Village shelf or the delivery address cannot be reached. In either case we email you first and refund in full within 3-5 business days.
